October 16, 2018

The Monroe County Investigating Grand Jury has issued a Presentment recommending criminal charges against Carole Geary and Christopher Fisher, two former members of the Pleasant Valley School Administration. Geary is a former superintendent and Fisher was an Assistant to the Superintendent.

Additional charges were also recommended against Joshua Krebs, a current administrator at the school district.

The Presentment was approved by the Honorable Margherita Patti Worthington, Supervising Judge of the Grand Jury.

The Presentment is highly detailed and is, in part, the culmination of an intensive investigation into numerous wide ranging allegations involving Official Oppression, Retaliation, Cronyism, Illegal Wire Taps, and related issues.
